- Your Documents — All files you upload (PDFs, Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, text files) remain in your local file system.
- Vector Database — The embeddings and knowledge chunks generated from your documents are stored locally using ChromaDB.
- Queries and Responses — All questions you ask and answers generated by the AI are processed locally using Ollama and are never transmitted externally.
- Chat History — Conversation history is stored in your browser's local storage.
- Settings — Your company name, role, industry, and other configuration settings are stored locally.
- AI Models — All language models run locally on your hardware via Ollama. No cloud AI services are used.
3. Data We May Collect
We may collect limited information in the following circumstances:
3.1 Website Visits (hawkfieldai.com)
When you visit our website, we may collect standard web analytics data including:
- IP address (anonymized)
