The following data is stored and processed exclusively on your local machine and is never sent to Hawkfield AI, Xavier Platforms, or any third party:

  • Your Documents — All files you upload (PDFs, Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, text files) remain in your local file system.
  • Vector Database — The embeddings and knowledge chunks generated from your documents are stored locally using ChromaDB.
  • Queries and Responses — All questions you ask and answers generated by the AI are processed locally using Ollama and are never transmitted externally.
  • Chat History — Conversation history is stored in your browser's local storage.
  • Settings — Your company name, role, industry, and other configuration settings are stored locally.
  • AI Models — All language models run locally on your hardware via Ollama. No cloud AI services are used.

3. Data We May Collect

We may collect limited information in the following circumstances:

3.1 Website Visits (hawkfieldai.com)

When you visit our website, we may collect standard web analytics data including:

  • IP address (anonymized)
